Joe is responsible for executing Integer's strategy of delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions to customers and generating profitable growth for shareholders. He has held executive roles in his diverse 25-year career and has been a director on Integer's board since 2013.

Under Joe’s leadership, Integer will leverage its global presence as the largest medical device outsourcer and continue to expand its breadth of capabilities in order to provide high quality manufactured products from components to finished devices for its customers.

Joe’s broad business experience spans multiple industries, including large complex businesses, ranging from medium- to long-cycle, technology-based companies to short-cycle, more consumer-driven companies. Prior to joining Integer, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for The Brink’s Company. He also had a 20-year career with General Electric, where he held leadership roles in six businesses, including General Electric Medical Systems.

Joe has served on the Integer Board of Directors since February 2013 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Louisville.

Diron is responsible for overseeing Integer's financial strategies and operations to help Integer effectively achieve its revenue and profitability goals. He has a demonstrated track record as a successful financial leader in manufacturing.

Under Diron’s leadership,Integer is committed to sound financial stewardship throughout the company. In addition to driving visibility, simplification and standardization of financial processes across the enterprise, he also promotes strong financial analysis and metrics to ensure sustained, profitable growth and enhanced value for shareholders

Diron previously served as Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at Integer since 2021 and has approximately 30 years of financial leadership experience across many industries. Prior to joining the company, he was Vice President and Finance Officer for both the Americas region of Tiffany & Co. and its Global Supply & Distribution function. Additionally, he held progressive leadership roles across diverse GE businesses, including GE Energy Management, GE Healthcare, GE Water & Process Technologies, and GE Fanuc Automation. He also served at eVisionUSA.com and KPMG

Diron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from James Madison University.

Kirk is responsible for the company’s enterprise-wide people strategy, and has oversight for the communications and human resources functions. He applies his 25 years of experience, practical approach, and unbridled passion for people development to help Integer build a high-performance culture that accelerates growth while honoring values.

Under his leadership, Integer is focused on achieving excellence through continuous improvement in its people strategy, processes and systems that drives talent acquisition and development, performance management, compensation, and employee benefits, among others.

Kirk applies his strategic focus, practical approach and unbridled passion for developing individuals, leaders and teams to build a high-performance culture that accelerates Integer's growth while honoring its values.

Kirk joined Integer in 2018 from Flowserve Corporation where he was Vice President of Talent Management and Organization Development. Prior to that, he held executive HR positions at JCPenney and Centex Corporation, and served in leadership roles at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, National Data Corporation and the U.S. Army Research Institute. Kirk also spent 16 years as a consultant to the National Football League (NFL) where he assessed draft picks and predicted behavior in professional athletes.

Kirk holds a Doctorate (PhD) in Industrial Psychology and a Master of Arts in Organizational Effectiveness, both from George Mason University, as well as a Bachelor of Sciences in Psychology and Sociology from Weber State University. He spent six years serving on the board of the SPCA of Texas.

Payman is responsible for driving accelerated revenue and profitability growth for the Cardio & Vascular (C&V) product category, and applying his diverse background to build operational excellence throughout the organization’s seven manufacturing sites in four countries.

Under Payman’s leadership, Integer is accelerating its sales and market penetration in order to achieve above market growth over the long term. The C&V product category is also incorporating results-driven, lean-manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational performance and advance profitable growth strategies.

Before joining Integer in 2018, Payman served as President of the Environmental Technologies business segment for CECO Environmental Corp., a diversified global provider of engineered technologies to the environmental, energy, and fluid handling and filtration industrial segments. Prior to that, he held several progressive executive leadership roles at Ingersoll Rand Company.

During his career, Payman’s deep expertise in commercial business leadership and general management successfully grew businesses with large customers with significant bargaining power, and overseeing complex product development and sales. He has demonstrated progressive global experience in strategy development and innovation, leading to consistent growth and improvements to profitability.

Payman holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal.

Jim is responsible for driving accelerated revenue and profit growth through operational excellence within the CRM&N product category. He oversees the development and execution of CRM&N’s portfolio strategy to design and deliver a wide spectrum of medical technologies for cardiac rhythm management, neuromodulation, cochlear and other clinical therapies.

Under Jim’s leadership, Integer is leveraging its global operational footprint, capacity and capabilities to deliver for customers, their patients, and shareholders. He has a passion for improving businesses and teams by accelerating product development, deploying Lean Manufacturing, and developing customer-focused sales and marketing strategies. 

Prior to joining Integer, Jim served as President and CEO of HDT Global, a global manufacturer of highly engineered infrastructure solutions with locations in the U.S., UK, and Australia. Jim also served for approximately 18 years in various leadership capacities at Parker Hannifin Corp., a global manufacturer of industrial and aerospace components and systems. This included leading two separate product divisions as General Manager and serving in Business Unit and Global Business Development manager roles. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at domnick hunter (UK) and Ceridian Corp.

Jim holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy. He served as a Field Artillery Officer in the U.S. Army.

Margaret is responsible for leading the quality assurance, regulatory and clinical affairs functions and playing a primary role in driving a culture of quality. Margaret also has responsibility for the company’s Environmental Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) function.

Under Margaret’s leadership, Integer is focused on maintaining a quality system that puts the patients served by our products first in all decisions and actions. She directs an organization that collaborates with leaders across the company to develop and execute a strategy in accordance with the latest FDA, applicable ISO, and other international requirements.

Margaret has been with the company since 2004 serving in a variety of quality and regulatory roles at the plant and corporate levels. She also has in-depth expertise of international quality and regulatory laws and standards, having worked with operations in North and South America, Asia, Australia, and across Europe. Prior to her appointment to lead Integer’s overall quality efforts, she was Vice President of Quality and Regulatory for the Cardio & Vascular (C&V) product category. Before joining Integer, Margaret was a Quality & Regulatory Leader for the European Region at Sola International, now Carl Zeiss.

Her strong leadership of quality and regulatory programs and initiatives has resulted in substantial improvements year after year for Integer. And her attention to detail, commitment to continuous improvement and work ethic have been instrumental in instilling a quality mindset that prioritizes patients and customers in daily activities.

Margaret holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Dublin City University, has a certification in Applied Chemistry from Waterford Institute of Technology, and is a Certified ISO 13485:2016 Lead Auditor.

John Harris is responsible for driving consistent, world-class performance across Integer’s global operations. He also oversees the Supply Chain, Lean Enterprise, and Global Sourcing functions.

Under John’s leadership, Integer is implementing sustainable systems that enable the organization to achieve excellence in manufacturing, delivery, responsiveness, and efficiency, while developing a culture of world class operational performance throughout the company.

During his 25-year career with Integer, John has held numerous executive roles, including serving as Senior Vice President of Operations for the Cardio and Vascular (C&V) product category, Vice President of Non-U.S. Operations, and as interim president of C&V.

John has overseen the expansions of our New Ross and Galway facilities in Ireland. Under his operational leadership, the New Ross site became the first medical device manufacturer in Europe to be accredited with the prestigious Shingo Accreditation Bronze Medallion, the global standard in Operational Excellence. In addition, John has played a key role in the acquisition and integration of several businesses to the Integer network.

John is a proven business and operational leader with the ability to translate vision and strategy into operational execution. He provides strong input into the business practices that ensures the company’s operating model can deliver at a global level.

Prior to joining Integer in 1998, he held several senior level management roles in the electronics, engineering, and manufacturing sectors, in Ireland and overseas.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, and a Primary in Management Practice from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland (synonymous with a bachelor degree).

McAlister (Mac) Marshall is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary for Integer, with leadership of Integer’s Legal affairs. Mac is a former SVP, General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer at The Brink’s Company, where he was responsible for the global legal, compliance and human resources functions, while having operational oversight of various parts of the business. Before joining Brink’s, Mac also served as Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at Tredegar Corporation and practiced law at the global law firm Hunton and Williams LLP.

During an extensive career at both public companies and an international law firm, Mac has provided strategic leadership to address the complex legal issues that are commonplace in highly regulated businesses. He brings to Integer expertise in securities law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, ethics and compliance, and other corporate matters.

He holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Virginia School of Law. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Andrew is responsible for collaborating with the executive leadership team to develop and execute the company’s long-term growth strategy. He is also responsible for leading mergers and acquisitions, technology licensing, minority equity investments and portfolio management.

Under Andrew’s leadership, Integer is focused on identifying new innovation and business opportunities that meet and exceed customer expectations and accelerate growth. He seeks to leverage Integer’s industry leadership to identify and implement growth capabilities through a combination of organic and inorganic strategies.

During his 15-year career with the company, Andrew has held leadership positions in marketing, strategy, research and development, and commercial sales. Prior to joining Integer, he spent four years at St. Jude Medical as Director of Program Management responsible for electrophysiology systems.

Throughout his career, Andrew has consistently developed and executed strategies to accelerate business growth by leveraging his technical, clinical and industry expertise. He holds patents in the areas of guidewires, catheters, and medical coatings.

Andrew holds a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance, Marketing & Medical Industry Leadership from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He also holds a Master of Science in Technology Management, Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas.
