John Harris is responsible for driving consistent, world-class performance across Integer’s global operations. He also oversees the Supply Chain, Lean Enterprise, and Global Sourcing functions.
Under John’s leadership, Integer is implementing sustainable systems that enable the organization to achieve excellence in manufacturing, delivery, responsiveness, and efficiency, while developing a culture of world class operational performance throughout the company.
During his 25-year career with Integer, John has held numerous executive roles, including serving as Senior Vice President of Operations for the Cardio and Vascular (C&V) product category, Vice President of Non-U.S. Operations, and as interim president of C&V.
John has overseen the expansions of our New Ross and Galway facilities in Ireland. Under his operational leadership, the New Ross site became the first medical device manufacturer in Europe to be accredited with the prestigious Shingo Accreditation Bronze Medallion, the global standard in Operational Excellence. In addition, John has played a key role in the acquisition and integration of several businesses to the Integer network.
John is a proven business and operational leader with the ability to translate vision and strategy into operational execution. He provides strong input into the business practices that ensures the company’s operating model can deliver at a global level.
Prior to joining Integer in 1998, he held several senior level management roles in the electronics, engineering, and manufacturing sectors, in Ireland and overseas.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, and a Primary in Management Practice from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland (synonymous with a bachelor degree).
