Kirk is responsible for the company’s enterprise-wide people strategy, and has oversight for the communications and human resources functions. He applies his 25 years of experience, practical approach, and unbridled passion for people development to help Integer build a high-performance culture that accelerates growth while honoring values.
Under his leadership, Integer is focused on achieving excellence through continuous improvement in its people strategy, processes and systems that drives talent acquisition and development, performance management, compensation, and employee benefits, among others.
Kirk applies his strategic focus, practical approach and unbridled passion for developing individuals, leaders and teams to build a high-performance culture that accelerates Integer's growth while honoring its values.
Kirk joined Integer in 2018 from Flowserve Corporation where he was Vice President of Talent Management and Organization Development. Prior to that, he held executive HR positions at JCPenney and Centex Corporation, and served in leadership roles at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, National Data Corporation and the U.S. Army Research Institute. Kirk also spent 16 years as a consultant to the National Football League (NFL) where he assessed draft picks and predicted behavior in professional athletes.
Kirk holds a Doctorate (PhD) in Industrial Psychology and a Master of Arts in Organizational Effectiveness, both from George Mason University, as well as a Bachelor of Sciences in Psychology and Sociology from Weber State University. He spent six years serving on the board of the SPCA of Texas.
