As President and Chief Executive Officer, Payman Khales leads Integer’s strategy to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions that enable customers’ success while driving sustainable, profitable growth for shareholders. Under his leadership, Integer is executing a long-term growth strategy focused on investing in advanced capabilities and technologies that deliver impactful innovation enabling customers’ success, accelerating new product introductions to improve patient outcomes, and embedding operational excellence across the enterprise.

Previously, Payman served as Chief Operating Officer, where he oversaw Integer’s Cardio & Vascular (C&V) and Cardiac Rhythm Management & Neuromodulation (CRM&N) product categories, as well as Global Operations and Manufacturing Strategy. He joined Integer in 2018 as President of the C&V product category, where he developed and executed a successful market strategy that delivered above-market growth and enhanced profitability.

Prior to joining Integer, Payman was President of the Environmental Technologies segment at CECO Environmental Corp. He also held a series of progressive leadership roles at Ingersoll Rand Company.

Throughout his career, Payman has consistently leveraged his deep commercial and operational expertise to grow complex businesses serving large, global customers. He is particularly adept at crafting global strategies and fostering innovation that drives growth and profitability.

Payman serves on the Integer Board of Directors. He holds an Executive MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal.

Diron is responsible for overseeing Integer's financial strategies and operations to help Integer effectively achieve its revenue and profitability goals. He has a demonstrated track record as a successful financial leader in manufacturing.

Under Diron’s leadership,Integer is committed to sound financial stewardship throughout the company. In addition to driving visibility, simplification and standardization of financial processes across the enterprise, he also promotes strong financial analysis and metrics to ensure sustained, profitable growth and enhanced value for shareholders

Diron previously served as Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at Integer since 2021 and has approximately 30 years of financial leadership experience across many industries. Prior to joining the company, he was Vice President and Finance Officer for both the Americas region of Tiffany & Co. and its Global Supply & Distribution function. Additionally, he held progressive leadership roles across diverse GE businesses, including GE Energy Management, GE Healthcare, GE Water & Process Technologies, and GE Fanuc Automation. He also served at eVisionUSA.com and KPMG

Diron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from James Madison University.

Tony leads all aspects of the quality and regulatory strategy at Integer, including quality assurance, design assurance, regulatory affairs, clinical affairs, and post-market surveillance. He is responsible for the development and oversight of programs, policies, and procedures that enable Integer to consistently deliver world-class quality standards that meet or exceed global regulatory requirements.

Under Tony’s leadership, Integer is continuously strengthening our culture of quality that places the patients served by our products at the center of every decision and action. He leads a cross-functional organization that partners closely with leaders across the company to execute a quality and regulatory strategy aligned with the latest FDA regulations, ISO standards, and other international requirements.

Tony has extensive leadership experience in strategic planning, quality systems, new product development, manufacturing, and regulatory compliance within the MedTech industry. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Quality, Regulatory, and Compliance at Getinge. Prior to that, he spent over 20 years at Boston Scientific, where he held roles of increasing responsibility, including Vice President, Quality for Boston Scientific’s Endoscopy and Urology businesses.

He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Diploma in Management from The Open University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the National University of Ireland, Galway.

Andrew is responsible for accelerating revenue growth and innovation for Integer. He leads the company’s Commercial, Marketing, Business Development and R&D functions focused on market growth efforts and delivering design and development excellence around the globe.

Under Andrew’s leadership, Integer is building capabilities to enable customer development programs through industry-leading engineering with a relentless commitment to quality, service, and innovation. In addition, Andrew leads teams that are responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to accelerate Integer’s near and long-term growth.

During his nearly 20 years with Integer, Andrew has held leadership roles including President of the Cardio & Vascular product category, and senior leadership roles in corporate strategy, business development, investor relations, marketing, research and development, and commercial sales. Prior to joining Integer, he served as Director of Program Management responsible for electrophysiology systems at St. Jude Medical and was a research consultant at Arizant Medical (acquired by 3M). Throughout his career, Andrew has leveraged his technical, clinical and industry expertise and strong customer focus to develop and execute strategies that accelerate growth, including overseeing significant acquisitions that helped shape Integer’s growth trajectory. He holds patents in the areas of guidewires, catheters, and medical coatings.

Andrew has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with concentrations in Finance, Marketing & Medical Industry Leadership from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, as well as a Master of Science in Technology Management, Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration all from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Jim is responsible for driving an enterprise-wide transformation to a structure organized along Growth & Innovation and Operational responsibilities. His focus is on activities moving Integer to an operating model that ensures simplicity, agility and standardization enhancing our ability to deliver value based on our customers’ perspective.

He previously served as President of Integer’s Cardiac Rhythm Management & Neuromodulation (CRM&N) where he led portfolio strategy and operations to design and deliver a wide spectrum of medical technologies for cardiac rhythm management, neuromodulation, cochlear and other clinical therapies.

Prior to joining Integer, Jim served as President and CEO of HDT Global, a global manufacturer of highly engineered infrastructure solutions with locations in the U.S., UK, and Australia. Jim also served for approximately 18 years in various leadership capacities at Parker Hannifin Corp., a global manufacturer of industrial and aerospace components and systems. This included leading two separate product divisions as General Manager and serving in Business Unit and Global Business Development manager roles. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at domnick hunter (UK) and Ceridian Corp.

Jim holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy. He served as a Field Artillery Officer in the U.S. Army.

John Harris is responsible for driving consistent, world-class performance across Integer’s global operations. He also oversees Plant Operations for global manufacturing and the Global Sourcing, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Equipment and Technology functions.

Under John’s leadership, Integer is implementing sustainable systems that enable the organization to achieve excellence in manufacturing, delivery, responsiveness, and efficiency, while continuing to foster a culture of world class operational performance throughout the company.

During his 28-year career with Integer, John has held numerous executive roles, including serving as Executive Vice President of Global Operations and Manufacturing, Senior Vice President of Operations for the Cardio and Vascular (C&V) product category, Vice President of Non-U.S. Operations, and as Interim President of C&V.

Under his operational leadership, the New Ross site became the first medical device manufacturer in Europe to be accredited with the prestigious Shingo Accreditation Bronze Medallion, the global standard in Operational Excellence.

Prior to joining Integer in 1998, he held several senior level management roles in the electronics, engineering, and manufacturing sectors, in Ireland and overseas.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, and a Primary in Management Practice from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland (synonymous with a Bachelor’s Degree).

Milo is responsible for leading Integer’s Global Operations organization, with a focus on strengthening operational performance, execution and continuous improvement across the company’s global manufacturing network. His work supports Integer’s ability to scale globally, improve consistency and deliver reliable, high-quality solutions for customers.

Throughout his career, Milo has led complex global manufacturing organizations and built high-performing teams across operations, engineering, supply chain strategy, quality and operational excellence. He has driven improvements that strengthen customer satisfaction, business performance and execution across large-scale healthcare manufacturing environments.

Prior to joining Integer, Milo served at Medtronic in a series of enterprise operations leadership roles, including Vice President of Manufacturing, APAC/Greater China and Global Contract Manufacturing. His decades of leadership experience include manufacturing operations across Asia and global contract manufacturing activities supporting more than $8 billion in revenue. Milo has also held senior leadership roles at Viant Medical, AlloSource and Covidien, where he led manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain and operational excellence organizations across multiple regions.

Milo holds a Master of Business Administration from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University.

Kirk is responsible for the company’s enterprise-wide people strategy, and has oversight for the communications and human resources functions. He applies his 25 years of experience, practical approach, and unbridled passion for people development to help Integer build a high-performance culture that accelerates growth while honoring values.

Under his leadership, Integer is focused on achieving excellence through continuous improvement in its people strategy, processes and systems that drives talent acquisition and development, performance management, compensation, and employee benefits, among others.

Kirk applies his strategic focus, practical approach and unbridled passion for developing individuals, leaders and teams to build a high-performance culture that accelerates Integer's growth while honoring its values.

Kirk joined Integer in 2018 from Flowserve Corporation where he was Vice President of Talent Management and Organization Development. Prior to that, he held executive HR positions at JCPenney and Centex Corporation, and served in leadership roles at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, National Data Corporation and the U.S. Army Research Institute. Kirk also spent 16 years as a consultant to the National Football League (NFL) where he assessed draft picks and predicted behavior in professional athletes.

Kirk holds a Doctorate (PhD) in Industrial Psychology and a Master of Arts in Organizational Effectiveness, both from George Mason University, as well as a Bachelor of Sciences in Psychology and Sociology from Weber State University. He spent six years serving on the board of the SPCA of Texas.

Lindsay is responsible for Integer’s legal affairs, including ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, fostering an ethical culture, managing corporate governance, overseeing enterprise risk management, and providing overall legal counsel on day-to-day business activities. She also maintains oversight of Integer’s Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) program.

Under Lindsay’s leadership, Integer is focused on ensuring compliance with publicly traded company reporting requirements, maintaining the highest ethical standards, and executing a protection strategy for the company’s intellectual property.

Lindsay has deep expertise in securities law, corporate governance and enterprise risk management. Prior to joining Integer, she served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer & Corporate Secretary for The Brink’s Company. She also held a variety of Legal leadership roles at Cigna Corporation, associate counsel roles at Verizon Business (formerly known as MCI, Inc.) and began her career as a law firm associate at Shaw Pittman (now Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman) and Gibson Dunn & Crutcher.

She holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.

Carol is responsible for leading Integer’s global IT function and helping to shape the company’s strategic technology direction.

Under Carol’s leadership, Integer is dedicated to strategically embedding technology across the enterprise, accelerating innovation and building more resilient operations.

Since joining Integer in 2019, Carol has elevated Integer’s IT approach, strengthened the company’s cyber security systems, and implemented a number of enterprise-wide solutions in support of business priorities and company growth.

Her experience spans more than 30 years in IT and finance, during which time she has led multiple award-winning transformation programs. Prior to joining Integer, her most notable roles included Leader of Global Finance Business Services at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Senior Information Officer at American International Group (AIG), and CIO for Supply Chain, Operations and Finance at GE Industrial Solutions.

Carol holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University and an Associate in Applied Science in Information Technology from John Tyler Community College.
