John Harris is responsible for driving consistent, world-class performance across Integer’s global operations. He also oversees Plant Operations for global manufacturing and the Global Sourcing, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Equipment and Technology functions.
Under John’s leadership, Integer is implementing sustainable systems that enable the organization to achieve excellence in manufacturing, delivery, responsiveness, and efficiency, while continuing to foster a culture of world class operational performance throughout the company.
During his 28-year career with Integer, John has held numerous executive roles, including serving as Executive Vice President of Global Operations and Manufacturing, Senior Vice President of Operations for the Cardio and Vascular (C&V) product category, Vice President of Non-U.S. Operations, and as Interim President of C&V.
Under his operational leadership, the New Ross site became the first medical device manufacturer in Europe to be accredited with the prestigious Shingo Accreditation Bronze Medallion, the global standard in Operational Excellence.
Prior to joining Integer in 1998, he held several senior level management roles in the electronics, engineering, and manufacturing sectors, in Ireland and overseas.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, and a Primary in Management Practice from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland (synonymous with a Bachelor’s Degree).
