Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary groups of associates with a formal leadership structure that foster a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with Integer’s vision, values, strategy, business practices and goals. ERGs promote an environment that ensures all associates feel welcome, valued and are able to be their complete selves at Integer.
