Integer is committed to complying with applicable anti-kickback, anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws in all countries in which we conduct business. Bribery and corruption are contrary to our vision and values. We are committed to our Code of Conduct and our value of Integrity and we will not permit corrupt acts or payments, to gain or retain business, by our employees or anyone conducting business on behalf of our company. All Integer associates receive Code of Conduct training, which references our anti-corruption policy and a targeted group of associates receive annual in-depth anti-corruption training.
Integer’s Approach to Antitrust and Fair Competition
Integer is committed to promoting fair and open competition in countries where we operate and conduct business. Integer follows all laws that ensure that the markets for our goods operate competitively for all purchasers and sellers. Integer prohibits any agreements or practices that unfairly restrain trade. All Integer associates receive annual Code of Conduct training, which includes fair competition principles and Integer provides in-depth fair competition and antitrust training to a targeted group of associates on an annual basis.
