At Integer, we believe social and environmental responsibility is critical to improving the quality of life for our associates and stakeholders. Incorporating environmental, health, safety and security (EHSS) into all aspects of our business is vital to sustaining and improving the areas where we live, work and do business.

Integer’s EHSS goals center around the principle that all incidents and accidents are preventable. Our programs and activities focus on achieving “0” unsafe behaviors and conditions throughout our facilities. Our path to EHSS excellence incorporates associate engagement programs, proactive systems and continuous improvement activities.

Conflict Minerals

Integer is committed to reasonable due diligence and responsible sourcing and has adopted a Conflict Minerals Policy in alignment with our company values and Code of Conduct. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has adopted rules requiring Integer to conduct due diligence on our supply chain to determine if products contain Conflict Minerals under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010 (“Dodd-Frank Act”). Conflict Minerals are defined as tin, tungsten, tantalum, and gold (3TG) originating from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) or adjoining countries where those businesses directly or indirectly finance armed groups in those countries.
